In a significant stride towards modernizing Human Resource Management, the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office XI (CHEDRO XI) and the Davao del Sur State College (DSSC) have signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) today, March 25, 2024, which aimed at advancing Electronic Human Resource Information Systems (EHR). This collaboration is aligned with CHEDRO XI’s overarching objective to digitally transform all HR-related processes and services as it progresses towards achieving PRIME-HRM Level II Accreditation.
The MOA signing ceremony at the DSSC marks a pivotal moment in pursuing efficiency and innovation in HR management within the organization. RD Casquejo and the other CHEDRO XI representatives and DSSC officials headed by DSSC President Dr. Augie E. Fuentes attended the activity.
