CHED AFMS-HRDD Conducts Monitoring and Technical Assistance Visit to CHED RO XI
Davao City – From June 2 to 5, 2025, personnel and officers from the Commission on Higher Education’s Administrative, Financial and Management Services – Human Resource Development Division (CHED AFMS-HRDD), led by Dr. Alma S. Patron, Officer-in-Charge of the Office of the Director IV, visited CHED Regional Office XI as part of their continuing effort to strengthen administrative systems and ensure accurate personnel documentation across regional offices.
The visit focused on the onsite reconciliation of the Personnel Services Itemization and Plantilla of Personnel (PSIPOP), inventory and verification of 201 files, and the retrieval of liquidation reports from identified Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Region XI. In addition, the AFMS-HRDD team conducted monitoring and provided technical assistance to HEIs to ensure the proper implementation and documentation of CHED-funded programs.
This activity underscores CHED’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and continuous quality improvement, particularly in the areas of human resource and financial management. By fostering coordination between central and regional offices, CHED ensures that systems and operations remain aligned with national standards, ultimately contributing to more efficient service delivery in the higher education sector.
