CHED RO XI Conducts Orientation-Workshop on eNSTP Serial Number Application and Issuance System (e-NAIS)
The Commission on Higher Education Regional Office XI (CHED RO XI) successfully conducted a five-batch Orientation-Workshop on the eNSTP Serial Number Application and Issuance System (e-NAIS) on August 18, 19, 22, 27, and 28, 2025, at the CHED RO XI Function Room.
The activity was participated in by Registrars and NSTP Coordinators from higher education institutions across the region. It served as a capacity-building initiative to familiarize participants with the functionalities of the e-NAIS, an automated system designed to streamline and facilitate the application and issuance of NSTP serial numbers.
The e-NAIS was developed and deployed through the collaboration of CHED RO XI and Mapúa Malayan Colleges Mindanao – College of Computer and Information Science. This partnership highlights the value of academe-government cooperation in creating innovative digital solutions that enhance higher education services.
This initiative is part of CHED RO XI’s continuing digitization efforts to modernize its processes and ensure efficient, transparent, and responsive service delivery to stakeholders. It is also aligned with the CHED Strategic Plan on Digital Transformation, which underscores the integration of innovative technologies in higher education management and governance.
Through the orientation-workshop, CHED RO XI reaffirms its commitment to advancing digital transformation in higher education by empowering HEIs with the necessary tools and knowledge to adapt to automated systems and processes.
