INVITATION TO BID: 0922025 – SALE THROUGH PUBLIC AUCTION OF SEMI-EXPENDABLE UNSERVICEABLE PROPERTIES ON AN “AS-IS-WHERE-IS” BASIS
CHED RO XI, though its Disposal Committee, invites all interested bidders/buyers to participate in the Sale through Public Auction of Semi-Expendable Unserviceable Properties on an “As-Is-Where-ls” basis, detailed as follows:
- Submit your proposal printed in the Auction Tender (AT) together with the corresponding Auction Bond (AB) equivalent to at least 10% of the of the minimum auction price in a sealed and properly marked envelope on or before September 30, 2025, 9:00 A.M. at CHED RO XI, Loyola St., Bo. Obrero, Davao City.
- Unsigned proposal, proposal lower than the floor price and those without the corresponding AB shall automatically be disqualified.
