Davao City — The Commission on Higher Education Regional Office XI (CHED RO XI) joined Brokenshire College, Inc. in celebrating a significant milestone with the inauguration of the BC CeLL (Center for Lifelong Learning), a dedicated hub envisioned to advance lifelong learning, innovation, professional development, and microcredentials education in the region.
