CHED RO XI Participates in Final Vetting of Operations Handbook and ISO 9001:2015 Training
Clark Freeport, Pampanga– CHED Regional Office XI actively participated in the Final Vetting and Revision of the Handbook on CHED Regional Office Operations and the Training on ISO 9001:2015 Implementation and Documentation held at Hotel Seoul, Pampanga. The activities, which took place from June 2 to 5, 2025, were attended by representatives from CHED RO XI, including Dr. Luis D. Perez, Chief Education Program Specialist; Ms. Maria Bonjeavem L. Alger, Chief Administrative Officer; and Dr. Maria Christina B. Condez, Education Supervisor II.
These activities are part of the Commission on Higher Education’s preparations for ISO certification, aimed at strengthening operational efficiency and aligning with international quality management standards. The training and handbook revision focus on improving CHED’s systems and processes to deliver more effective and consistent public service.
By adopting the ISO 9001:2015 framework, CHED RO XI underscores its commitment to continuous quality improvement and excellence in administrative operations, supporting the Commission’s goal of enhancing higher education services nationwide.
