The University of Mindanao (UM) and University of Immaculate Conception (UIC) bring honor to Davao Region by being in the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings 2024.

THE assesses universities based on their performance against the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

With this, UM and UIC’s inclusion in the rankings is said to be a testament to their commitment to sustainability and making positive contributions to quality education.

This year, the two universities in Region XI are among the 56 higher education institutions in the Philippines that made it to the 2024 edition of the impact rankings published by Times Higher Education.

Meanwhile, THE is the only global university ranking that evaluates institutions by their societal impact.
