CHED Chairman graces 1st graduation ceremony of the Davao del Norte State College’s College Education Behind Bars (DNSC-CEEB), wherein six persons deprived of liberty who are about to be freed have finished their college degrees.
The graduation ceremony occurred on July 15, 2024, at the Davao Prison and Penal Farm, Davao del Norte.
