The ASEAN Month celebration of CHEDRO XI was culminated with the conduct of the Open Educational Resources (OER) Development Competition on August 28, 2020. Around 20 HEIs have participated in the said contest. The Malayan Colleges Mindanao garnered the first and second places while the University of the Immaculate Conception got the third place. This activity has enhanced the interest and competency of faculty members in developing course packs. They were also able to benchmark from other HEIS. The Regional Office was also able to gauge the level of competency of faculty members on OER development.
