The Region likewise formulated the Framework on Mainstreaming Fourth Industrial Revolution (FIRe) in the Instruction, Research, Extension and productions Functions of Higher Education Institutions in Davao Region (REDI for FIRe Program). The formulation of this framework is inspired by Commissioner Lilian A.
