CHED Regional Office XI (CHED RO XI) conducted an on-site evaluation in Davao Vision Colleges on August 21, 2024, to ensure quality education by assessing higher education programs. The evaluation focused on key aspects of the institution, including the curriculum, faculty credentials, and facilities adherence to CHED’s minimum standards.
Dr. Consolacion Garcia, the Education Program Head, presided over the activity, and Ms. Lhyndyl Lianza, the Education Coordinator, introduced the faculty members from the Basic and Secondary Education Department, the IT Department, and the Theology Department.
The CHED RO XI evaluation team, led by Dr. Maricar R. Casquejo, Regional Director, worked collaboratively with the faculty and staff of Davao Vision Colleges. The team included Dr. Christopher Pulido, Supervising Education Program Specialist (SEPS), Education Supervisors Dr. Evelyn Ecle, Dr. Cesar Adegue IV, Dr. Leomar Jay Oblianda, and Engr. Rodrigo S. Pangantihon. Rodrigo S. Pangantihon, provided an overview of the activity and offered recommendations. This collaborative effort will improve academic programs, services, and facilities, ensuring a high-quality educational experience for students.
The comprehensive CHED RO XI evaluation represents a significant milestone for Davao Vision Colleges in its advancement as the institution continues to pursue excellence in training future leaders and educators.
